A family wedding disaster

The lobby had a real bright feel and staff was super friendly. I had a real tough time facilitating my guests' bookings, but the clerk tried to help when they could.

The price for the stay was not cheap, yet ended up feeling like a total waste.

We had a decent time at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. The staff wasn’t very friendly tho, which was a bummer. Breakfast had a nice variety of options, especially the waffles! Just wish the pool was bigger since it got crowded easily.

I had such a cozy stay here! The room was a perfect size with a super comfy bed that made it hard to get up. Plus, I loved the hot shower with great pressure after a long day of travel!

Unfortunately, the pool was closed without any prior warning, which was a real letdown for the family eager to enjoy it. The deadbolt on the door was non-functional, raising potential security concerns. Stains on sheets, comforters, and towels were off-putting, with one replacement arriving crumpled and still stained. We also faced challenges with the bathroom setup. the toilet paper holder is inconveniently placed, making it roll onto the floor every time it’s tugged. Lastly, parking was tight, with a semi taking up a significant portion of the lot.
